We Love Hearing From Our Customers

Always the BEST service!!!
On time, prompt, never over priced!
Great company
Was really careful and checked everything so good to get a thorough evaluation and explanation. Service and troubleshoot an ignition problem with furnace, all runs well again. Will definitely use again
We became customers of Andy's shortly after moving to the area. Their introductory offer for a furnace check-up to acquaint us with the system in our new home came as part of the “welcome to the community” packet we received. There were no strings attached to their offer—most unusual for such promotions these days—so I called the office and scheduled a time for their representative to come to the house the following week.

Josh arrived at the appointed time, having first telephoned to confirm that he was in his way. We were immediately impressed with him: clean-cut, polite, and eager to be genuinely helpful. He gave us a better sense of the operation of our thermostat, climbed into the attic for a close-up look at furnace, even showed us how to operate our gas fireplace. He was so helpful and competent— and so likable—we thought, well, Andy’s must be a pretty decent company, if this is the type of individual who works for them.

So, we’ve signed up for their annual maintenance plan. I hasten to add, there was NO pressure placed on us to do so. This is something we decided upon on our own a few days after Josh’s visit.

In 50 years of marketing and advertising, I’ve seen plenty of gimmicks and promotions, slick campaigns and such. But this “Free Visit” was a first in my experience and Andy’s surpassed expectations. Well done, Andy’s.

Thank you, Josh. (And thank you, Brooke, for making it so easy to set up the initial appointment and later help with our maintenance plan.)

OCTOBER 2025 UPDATE

Since writing my earlier review a year ago, we've had Andy's back to check the central AC in the spring as part of our annual maintenance agreement. The AC worked flawlessly throughout the summer months.

Recently, when it was time to renew our annual agreement, I chose to upgrade to Andy's next level of service, which includes additional benefits beyond the basic maintenance plan, including a longer warranty on service items and a larger discount for any work done outside the scope of the maintenance plan throughout the year, as well as a service for our water heater.

Yesterday, service technician Tim arrived on schedule to perform our fall maintenance on the furnace. Typical of the other Andy's employees we've met, Tim was courteous and professional, as he performed the scheduled maintenance. He reviewed the key components of our upgraded service plan and asked if I had any questions. He also provided information about an optional filtration system they're offering, the Air Scrubber by Aerus, which is said to use UV light to kill bacteria and viruses, keeping the air that comes into our home cleaner. We talked about the water heater service and I decided to wait on having Andy's perform that service until next spring, since our system is still relatively new.

All in all, we're delighted with Andy's, their techs, and the quality of service they provide.

Andy's Blog Featured Image Accent Why Are They Called Ductless Mini Splits? A wall-mount mini-split heating and air conditioning unit installed in a new house. A modern heat pump, this unit heats a house in winter and cools in the summer. This type of system eliminates ductwork which is a primary source of inefficiency in a conventional system making this about 30% more efficient. This particular unit has an eye sensor which pans the room looking for hot or cold spots and directs the airflow accordingly. Andy's Blog Accent

Why Are They Called Ductless Mini Splits?

They’re called ductless mini splits because they don’t require ductwork and consist of two main components—a compact indoor air handler and an outdoor compressor—connected by refrigerant lines. This “split” design allows for efficient, targeted heating and cooling in specific areas.
