I reached out to Andy’s as one of a few places I considered getting estimates from for a new furnace & AC installation. Ted, the manager was the person who came by to give me the initial estimate and he picked up on things the other two places did not about my current setup. That really stood out to me. Then, when it came to pricing, Ted gave a truly tailored package with very approachable financing options. He gave me every reason to choose Andy’s, and handled each interaction expertly. The all-star team that came on installation day were Aaron, Sam, Ryan, Hunter & Corbin, as well as the very capable electrical crew. I was amazed at how they very carefully explored options to ensure just the right install for my home. By day’s end, I had a brand new system and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you to every team member I interacted with at Andy’s- you deserve every 5 star review you get!

Response from the owner:Thank you, Shannon! We appreciate your kind words and are glad to hear that Ted and the installation team made such a positive impression. It's wonderful to know you're happy with your new system.

They've got great reviews but they don't work on Commercial Refrigeration as their website says : "Does your business need someone to depend on for quality commercial refrigeration services? You found the right company. At Andy's Heating, Cooling & Electrical, we specialize in commercial services for businesses in the Spokane, WA, area. Our Idaho business has been serving our community for years, taking care of all your heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVACR) needs". Just an FYI to anyone that is looking.

Response from the owner:Hi Kevin! Unfortunately at this time our refrigeration services are reserved for customers who are under agreement with us. I apologize for any misunderstanding.
