Tim went out of his way to show us more information about how to use our fireplace and helped set up our phone to connect to WiFi to control our heating & cooling. He explained how an Air Scrubber works and we decided to install one. He also checked our water heater and explained how it operates to help prevent hard water buildup. Tim’s visit was warm, honest and he was exceptionally knowledgeable.
